Combining instinct and soul, the painting of Caroline BRUN, professional in wine communication by day, brings a certain depth to tasting and opens the way to a new multi-sensory dimension.

Her instinctive synesthete artistic techniques and style are as varied as the wines tasted can be, as shimmering and rich in color only refined according to the personality of the wines tasted.

Member of international tasting panels, her palate is sharp and she paints consciousness.

The texture of a wine is transformed into a game of cleverly arranged ganularities, the lightness of a bubble becomes an insert of gold verticality with precision and the liveliness in the mouth is transformed into an energetic gesture, while a wine chiselled turns into a knife stroke, an instrument that the artist likes in his pictorial technique.

She humbly signes with a simple metal clip that holds the corks of certain champagne bottles during their years of maturation in the cellar. A staple that forms a C.

Creation of a work entitled LA FORET, a Rosé des Riceys, for the retirement of the cellar master of the Domaine Alexandre BONNET.

Cuvée GAIA

Custom creation of the Cuvée GAIA from Champagne GONET SULCOVA.

A 2004 Chardonnay, from Mesnil, all the tension typical of this Côte des Blancs region. The lemony and empyreumatic notescome together elegantly. An airy and deep wine at the same time.

Creation of 2 paintings and presentation in front of an audience of oenologists and president of the OIV. A very intense moment. A great welcoming.
